Let’s get your receipts rolling.

Your receipt history stays on your device while you connect the iPhone importer, choose an Android receipt file, or troubleshoot a store purchase.

Enable the extension

Open iPhone Settings → Safari → Extensions → Haul Math Receipt Importer. Turn it on and allow access only to costco.com.

Connect from Haul Math

Open Receipts in Haul Math and choose Connect Costco receipts. Sign in directly on Costco if Safari asks. Haul Math never receives or stores the password.

Let the sync finish

Keep Safari open while Haul Math checks visible warehouse and online receipt periods. It returns to the app after completing or explaining what needs attention.

Sync again later

Later syncs request only new or unfinished periods. They append to your local archive and do not erase older receipts Costco no longer displays.

Import on Android

Open Receipts and choose a PDF, text receipt, shared receipt text, or Haul Math backup. If needed, open Costco Orders & Purchases in your browser, open a warehouse or online receipt, then print or save it as a PDF. Haul Math reads the selected file locally and never asks for your Costco password.

No Costco.com account?

Create or link one on Costco’s website, then return to Haul Math. Receipt availability is controlled by Costco and may depend on membership linking.

Delete, back up, or restore receipts

Use Clear imports to remove local receipt history. Use Haul Math’s explicit backup and restore controls when moving data intentionally. Android may also include app data in Google-managed backup or device transfer when that system feature is enabled. Canceling Plus does not delete the receipt archive on your device.

What stays free?

Supported receipt import, the browsable local archive, backup and restore, lifetime net spend, receipt count and coverage, returns, latest-month summary, a maximum three-month recent trend, and up to three readable active offer examples do not require Plus. Real calculated advanced detail may appear in a readable, lightly blurred premium preview. Plus unlocks year switching, complete category, channel, and location analytics, the full offer catalog and search, every exact match, complete price histories, Saved, and alerts.

When will I be asked to pay?

In the upcoming 1.2 update, new users can choose Plus after their first successful receipt sync and results, in the same session. This new-user offer has no free trial: a paid subscription starts only after you confirm the store purchase. You can decline and keep your free receipt tools. Existing eligible users retain their promised 28-day complimentary Plus preview. No card required. No automatic charge. Check the app for eligibility and your end date; older versions may not include it. An existing paid subscription continues under its own terms.

Start with recent receipts

The upcoming 1.2 update offers a last-90-days sync to get started with recent purchases. All-history sync remains free and can be selected later. Keep Costco open while syncing. A partial result means some work remains; already saved receipts are kept. Use Retry or file import if Costco sign-in, its receipt page, or a receipt cannot be read. A recent sync is not a complete historical archive.

Launch price

The U.S. base Launch price is $2.99 monthly or $19.99 annually. Annual billing saves 44% versus 12 current monthly payments. The complimentary app preview is not a store-billed subscription trial. Apple or Google Play shows the controlling price before you explicitly purchase a paid plan.

Manage or cancel Haul Math Plus

On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Haul Math, or visit Apple’s subscription management page. On Android, open Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel before the store’s renewal deadline to avoid the next charge.

Restore a purchase

Open Haul Math Settings → Haul Math Plus → Restore purchases while signed into the Apple or Google Play account that subscribed. Reinstalling the app does not require buying the same active subscription again.

Possible price adjustments

A Haul Math reminder is a calculation based on a captured receipt and offer window—not an approval or guarantee. The retailer decides eligibility, deadlines, exclusions, channel, warehouse, and final amount. Confirm the current policy before making a trip or request.

Offer or alert looks wrong?

Open the offer and compare its item number, dates, channel, and quantity limits with the retailer’s current listing. Notification delivery and offer availability can change; Haul Math never guarantees immediate alerts or savings.

Still stuck?

Use Send feedback in Haul Math Settings when available. It opens an editable email with the current screen, app version and build, operating-system version, and general device model already included. Nothing is sent until you tap Send. You can also email [email protected]. Never send a Costco, Apple, or Google password, payment card, or raw receipt history.
