1. The service

Haul Math helps you import receipt history available to you, analyze it locally, and compare verified purchase evidence with current offer information. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.

2. Free tools and Haul Math Plus

Downloading Haul Math is free. Setup guidance, supported receipt import, your browsable local receipt archive, user-directed backup and restore, lifetime net spend, receipt count and coverage, returns, latest-month summary, a maximum three-month recent trend, and up to three readable active offer examples remain available without a Plus subscription. Haul Math may also show a readable, lightly blurred preview of real calculated premium detail. Haul Math Plus unlocks ongoing value such as year switching, complete category, channel, and location analysis, the full active offer catalog and search, every exact-item match, item-level Ways to save, Saved, eligible alerts, possible price-adjustment monitoring, and complete price histories. Your raw receipt archive, core money snapshot, and free offer examples are never blurred.

Launch price means the actual U.S. base price at launch, not a coupon, crossed-out price, countdown, or claimed markdown. Twelve monthly payments total $35.88; the $19.99 annual plan costs $15.89 less, which is 44% savings versus monthly billing. Prices and taxes may vary by country or storefront, and prices may change prospectively. The Apple App Store or Google Play purchase sheet shows the controlling price and billing period before you confirm.

First-session upgrade in the upcoming 1.2 update: New users may be offered a paid Plus subscription after a successful receipt import and results. This offer has no free trial. Payment begins only when the store confirms an explicit purchase, at the displayed price and billing interval. Declining the offer does not remove your free receipt archive or basic tools.

Existing complimentary app preview: Existing eligible users retain the promised 28-day complimentary Plus preview. Your app shows eligibility and the end date; older versions may not include the preview. No card required. No automatic charge. This preview is not a store-billed subscription trial and does not extend or replace an existing paid subscription. After it ends, the free tools and your local receipt archive remain available. Paid access requires a separate, explicit store purchase.

3. Auto-renewing subscription and platform billing

• Payment is charged to the Apple Account or Google Play account shown when you confirm the purchase.
• Haul Math Plus automatically renews for the selected monthly or annual period unless you cancel before the current period ends under the deadline shown by your store.
• The store charges renewal at the price it shows for your storefront, subject to its notice and consent rules for price changes.
• On iPhone, manage or cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or on Apple’s subscription management page. On Android, use Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Use Restore purchases in Haul Math to recheck an active subscription associated with the store account on the device.
• The complimentary app preview does not create a subscription. Payment begins when the selected store confirms your explicit purchase.

Canceling stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. It does not delete your on-device receipt archive. Apple or Google handles charges and refund requests under its policies. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.

4. Third-party accounts and services

Haul Math is an independent product of Sun Ryse Software LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Costco Wholesale Corporation. Costco names and factual references identify the supported retailer and belong to their respective owners.

Costco sign-in happens on Costco’s website, and your use of Costco services remains subject to Costco’s current terms and policies. A retailer can change its website, receipt availability, offers, prices, policies, or access rules at any time, which may affect Haul Math features.

5. Offers, savings, and price adjustments

Offer and historical timing information is informational. Haul Math does not sell the products, set retailer prices, guarantee inventory, guarantee alert delivery, or promise that an offer will be honored. Confirm current price, dates, item identity, channel, location, quantity limits, and availability with the retailer before acting.

A “possible price adjustment” is a local comparison between receipt evidence and a captured offer window. It is not approval, legal advice, or a guaranteed refund. The retailer alone decides eligibility, deadlines, exclusions, channel, original-purchase requirements, and final adjustment amount under its current policy.

6. Your receipt data and artwork

You control the receipt history and backups stored on your device. Keep your device and exported backups secure, and do not share account credentials with Haul Math support. See the Privacy Policy for the complete data boundary and deletion choices.

Product images from Costco’s public offers belong to their respective owners. Haul Math does not claim ownership, permission, or endorsement from Costco. Images are matched to the source offer and may show one variant; confirm the exact product, size, price, and availability at Costco. When an image is unavailable, the card stays text-first and links to Costco.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Haul Math to violate law, another service’s rules, intellectual-property rights, or another person’s privacy. Do not interfere with the service, bypass purchase controls, probe for vulnerabilities, distribute malicious code, or use automated activity that harms availability for others.

8. Changes and availability

We may improve, correct, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, third-party changes, or product operation. We may update these terms and will revise the effective date when we do. Material changes apply prospectively to the extent required by law.

9. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Haul Math is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete retailer history, error-free categorization, perfect offer matching, or a particular savings result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.

To the extent permitted by law, Sun Ryse Software LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Haul Math, missed offers, retailer decisions, or third-party service changes. You remain responsible for purchase and travel decisions.
